(a) Misdemeanour Classifications
Violation(s) of a "Class A Misdemeanour" is punishable by 120 seconds imprisonment, seizure of character for up to six (6) patrol sessions, and a set bond amount for ten-thousand (10,000).
Violation(s) of a "Class B Misdemeanour" is punishable by 100 seconds imprisonment, seizure of character for up to six (4) patrol sessions, and a set bond amount for eight-thousand (8,000).
Violation(s) of a "Class C Misdemeanour" is punishable by 80 seconds imprisonment, seizure of character for up to two (2) patrol sessions, and a set bond amount for six-thousand (6,000).
Violation(s) of a "Class D Misdemeanour" is punishable by 60 seconds imprisonment, seizure of character for up to six (1) patrol sessions, and a set bond amount for four-thousand (4,000).
Violation(s) of a "Class E Misdemeanour" is punishable by 40 seconds imprisonment, no seizure of character, and a set bond amount for two-thousand (2,000).
(b) Felony Classifications
Violation(s) of a "Class A Felony" is punishable by life imprisonment, seizure of character indefinitely, and a no set bond amount.
Violation(s) of a "Class B Felony" is punishable by 600 seconds imprisonment, seizure of character for up to twelve (12) patrol sessions, and a set bond amount for five-hundred-thousand (500,000).
Violation(s) of a "Class C Felony" is punishable by 480 seconds imprisonment, seizure of character for up to ten (10) patrol sessions, and a set bond amount for four-hundred-thousand (400,000).
Violation(s) of a "Class D Felony" is punishable by 360 seconds imprisonment, seizure of character for up to eight (8) patrol sessions, and a set bond amount for three-hundred-thousand (300,000).
